As informações prestadas pela responsável pelo alojamento. Apesar do estacionamento ser na rua, conseguimos sempre estacionar. O apartamento é pequeno, mas tem o espaço bem aproveitado e é agradável.
O apartamento tem apenas uma assoalhada e o frigorifico faz barulho, o que perturba o sono durante a noite.

The studio was very nice and neat, equipped with absolutely everything you need, even for a longer stay. Francesca was very welcoming and responsive, providing us with detailed information about the location and the check-in process. There were also free parking spaces in front of the apartment (as of September 2026), making it super convenient to park without any extra costs. Although the area is small, there were two air conditioners that made the temperature very comfortable even in the hottest weather (it was 35+ degrees outside)
I don't think there was anything we weren't happy with. The Duomo is about a 30-minute ride by public transport, and the Bocconi sports complex and Fondazione Prada are within walking distance of the studio.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce logement. L’emplacement est idéal, parfaitement situé pour découvrir Milan tout en restant dans un quartier agréable. L’appartement était impeccable à notre arrivée : très propre, bien équipé et très fonctionnel pour une famille de quatre personnes. Nous nous y sommes tout de suite sentis à l’aise.
Nous recommandons ce logement sans la moindre hésitation. Si nous revenons un jour à Milan, c’est avec grand plaisir que nous y séjournerons à nouveau. Merci pour cet agréable accueil !

sehr unkompliziert, hat alles bestens geklappt. Die Besitzerin hat sogar 2 Wasserflaschen in den Kühlschrank gestellt, top, Jederzeit wieder.
nichts, war alles sehr gut. Würde sofort wieder diese Unterkunft buchen.
