The room was large and quiet. Good shower and comfy bed.Provided water every day and fresh towels.
The location was near the train station which I selected but I didn't realize it was 4km to the tourist pedestrian area which meant taking Didi everywhere. My mistake for choosing the hotel. The hotel lobby was on one side of the building and the lifts to the rooms were through the lobby of another hotel sharing the same building very odd.

Good location, situated right across the railway station and easy to move in and out. There are vehicles and scooters available to rent at the hotel and at vendors outside. Staff are friendly and always willing to assist. Great laundry facilities on the top floor, and an amazing secret rooftop searing area which we loved!
The breakfast hall can get a little stuffy if there are many people eating at the sane time, but no serious complaint here.

Breakfast was mostly Chinese style and pretty good. Often Chinese style have hot milk which I use in my coffee - this only had hot soy milk and cold milk for coffee which made the so-so less palatable when it became lukewarm.
The staff were pretty helpful. The robot delivered ice to my room when requested, although I had to get my Chinese-speaking wife on the phone because the desk did not understand my English and attempts at Chinese.
Coffee. Needs a Capuchino machine or other way to get good HOT coffee with milk
