The host is super friendly and helpful, really trying to solve the problems. The location is 5-7 min to metro station and there are a lot of nice restaurants and gelato Gusto 17 just on the parallel street. It is a residential complex with a cosy garden in front of the entrance. The bathroom is freshly renovated. The apartment has everything one needs
The property, especially the kitchen, is older than you might think from the photos. When we’ve arrived at 15:00 (check-in time) the cleaner was still there and I guess she was just starting, we were waiting for her to finish for 20min. But in fact she has left the apartment dirty, especially the floors. The host has first offered us to send her back for a proper cleaning, but this didn’t make sense to us. So he has issued the refund of 30 euro.

The bedrooms are big and comfortable. There is an air conditioner in each bedroom. It is located on the ground floor.
No living room, and the kitchen is small. We got only one set of keys, which was a bit of an issue when we split and wanted to come at different times to the apartment .

The apartment is nice and spacious. We especially enjoyed the high ceilings! The apartment seems to be built around 70s, and has a bit of nostalgic vibes with its wooden floors and doors (which was a good thing for us). The building has a garden which is also a nice addition. The air conditioner in both rooms is a great thing for the hot summer. The location is not the most central - 30 min walk to Duomo or less than 5 minutes to metro stations, but we knew it in advance.
It would be better if we didn't have to use phones to open the building doors, but we were prepared to that based on other reviews.
The springs in the master bedroom mattress are squeaky. There were some other minor things we didn't like - nothing big to mention but because of those we can't rate it as 10. Otherwise, a great apartment for its price.
