I want to publicly acknowledge the team here for their incredible assistance during my recent stay. I am newly legally blind, and while I can see to a limited extent, navigating basic tasks like booking a room often feels like performing brain surgery.
Even though I am private and didn’t mention my limited sight at the time, the staff took my calls with such patience and kindness, ensuring I was able to book and check in smoothly. When I got to the room, I was surprised to find accommodations that far exceeded my expectations on every level. The price point is very fair, and the value is exceptional.
