Overall the space, design, comfort (eg air conditioning, quality of beds and apartment fixtures) were good. The location was very handy, we found Milan easy to get around in general. And the apartment for the most part walkable to many districts (also metro very near) etc. Although not many evening venues around the apartment, it took about 10/15min walk to get to Isola (where many restaurants/ gelaterias) etc and not too touristic. An amazing Chinese Hot Pot restaurant along the road to Isola, a must try! The 24 hours large Carrefour supermarket 5 mins away, was very handy (get drinking water etc).
However the shower gave us daily hassle. We could not get it to stay at one temperature for longer than 5 seconds. This was difficult with my young children (either too hot/burning or too cold in space of a few seconds). So a simple wash down became a very messy and shouting affair. We checked in before arrival but did not receive any information about how to access the apartment until after we arrived at the entrance and I had to message the WHatsApp number, then I was remotely given access (so a bit worrying time when we were unsure how to access the apartment - be sure to have the Wa number and enough battery for phone - waiting for the response & if it would take long or not, especially as I had the kids). Luckily, it did not take long. However a lady from one of the businesses below said that this happened often.
