Welcome to Hirsch Haus - a premier luxury Hill Country retreat, nestled on 6.5 private acres and just minutes from Main Street. Hirsch Haus offers an elevated experience for couples and small groups.
Luxury Comfort
Sink into exceptionally comfortable king beds dressed in hotel-quality 100% cotton linens. Refresh in spa-inspired, spacious showers with premium bath amenities. Enjoy your coffee on the porch, gather around the fire pit, or listen to the soothing sound of the recirculating creek.
Accommodations
Hirsch Haus comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in two spacious king suites.
The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests.
We can accommodate a maximum of 5 guests for select stays. A $50 per night fee will apply for the fifth guest (unless they are under the age of 2 years.)
When your reservation includes 5 guests, we’ll prepare a premium queen air mattress complete with hotel-quality 100% cotton linens, pillows, towels, and other essentials so every guest enjoys the same level of comfort.
Kitchen & Coffee
The fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to cook, gather, or simply enjoy a slow morning. Choose from a Keurig, drip coffee maker, French press, or kettle. A starter selection of coffee, tea, cream, sweeteners, and bottled water is provided for your arrival.
The Hirsch Haus Experience
Wander 6.5 acres, sip coffee on the wraparound porch, listen to the soothing sounds of the recirculating creek, gather around the fire pit beneath a blanket of Hill Country stars - and still have close access to Fredericksburg’s finest wineries, restaurants and boutiques.

Easy communication and the house is beautifully thought out. The amenities were perfect for our visit. The showers are great, and the kitchen was thought out. We liked having some water and snacks available when we got there. The house was just great! We even saw some deer one morning.
