My family stayed here for my grandson’s UCF graduation. The house was close to both the campus and the arena and we were very happy with the house and with home owner Sergery

Sergey is a responsive host, and the house is centrally located near major east/west and north/south roads to easily get you where you need to go in central Florida.

The bed in the master bedroom was broken and the mattress was very uncomfortable. The water had an awful smell and taste like metal when brushing your teeth. The refrigerator and freezer were dirty. The overall cleaning was not that great. Beautiful home just needs better care where the cleaning is concerned.
