We had a wonderful stay there- my mother who is elderly was very comfortable

How clean it was As soon as we arrived to the property we immediately notice the bathrooms weren’t clean, upon inspection of the property we discovered more of the home not clean. We had made contact with the property ( we later find out host) via the booking app within 30 min of us arriving/checking in, they responded promptly that night within minutes stating they apologies and they would get with there team and get back to me with a solution. If it weren’t for the response being prompt and helpful we would’ve left that night being we had to clean everything we wanted to use(bed, bathroom, floors, and kitchen) they responded they next day asking if we had everything we needed for our stay with no response or solution to the property not being clean, as I know things can take some time we tried to enjoy our weekend. With no response the next day we tried to find another way to contact them over the phone and to provide pictures. Upon doing so they responded saying they could send cleaners but with us checking out not even 24 hr later and already cleaning the property that was not a good solution at the point. After saying there was no need and should’ve been offered day one not day three, they stated this was there first report of the issue. Giving proof of contact all we’ve gotta back is the resolutions department will get back to us after check out. We have checked out and still no resolution. The trip was for my girlfriends birthday and we checked in on her birthday, her having to clean on her special day was not how it was supposed to go.

Very nice place to stay and comfortable. Only didn't like the hidden charges.

It was close to everything I needed to visit.

The security deposit was a condition of me getting the door password. I would have appreciated knowing that would be put on my card beforehand. I hope I get it back because I left the place in immaculate condition upon leaving. The pet fee was also charged after my reservation. I would have appreciated all that up front.

It was close to everything I needed to visit.
