I loved how secluded it was, it felt like we had our own private retreat. The ownership had all of the amenities you could want. There were so many things to do, we honestly could have just stayed at the yurt the entire trip. You can swing and sit in the sauna overlooking the beautiful pond. You can walk through magical wild flowers covered with butterflies. You can play a little bit of putt putt or disc golf and fish some. It was honestly the best, we only had to bring ourselves, almost everything else was included. Also, the yurt itself felt like a magical fairy cottage, filled with beautiful greenery and artwork and nice amenities.

Everything! The decor was cute, the layout and furnishings thoughtful, and we loved the sauna and swing. Enrique was fast to respond to questions, and even had a bottle of local wine on the table to celebrate my husband and I’s anniversary. Loved it!

We started out just looking for a hotel alternative because French Lick itself was outside of our lifestyle range. We found the Yurt without knowing what we were getting. It sort of looked like camping and we've camped a lot so we were comfortable about that idea. We were wrong. This wasn't camping. This was luxury living. It was just perfect. If we did not have a schedule to keep we would have stayed longer. In fact we tried to come back on our return trip but it was already booked. We'll be talking about this place for a while. Nice bed, nice private deck, quiet, well decorated, and clean.
As you come up the road toward the property there is one point where you come over a hill and you can't see the road on the other side for half a second. LOL But even that wasn't bad.

The Yurt was absolutely beautiful and it looked exactly as pictures portrayed it. The views are breathtaking and the owner did everything imaginable to make this a memorable stay. It was nothing short of amazing.
There isn’t really anything I would change. The only addition I can think of would a possibly adding a hot tub to the deck. This would be the only thing I can think of to possibly make this experience even better.
