The main floor features a primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a queen guest bedroom with convenient access to a hallway bath, while upstairs a second king suite with an ensuite bath and a queen bedroom sharing a hallway bath provide flexible accommodations. A lofted secondary living space offers a TV and a convertible king sleeper sofa, ideal for families or groups seeking extra sleeping options. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, two dedicated parking spaces, and thoughtfully designed living spaces that maximize natural light and mountain views. With its proximity to the slopes, easy access to Beaver Creek’s skiing, dining, and shopping, and multiple well-appointed bedrooms and baths, this retreat combines comfort, convenience, and style for the ultimate alpine getaway.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.
