This 1-bedroom studio on your own private level is perfect for your escape to Boulder. Inside, guests find a peaceful space featuring a queen bed in the bedroom and a king bed in the living room area. The bathroom offers a nice bathtub and steam shower for added comfort. Private entrance, living room, wood burning fireplace, and more. Whether you’re relaxing after a day of exploring or settling in for a quiet night, this studio provides the perfect retreat. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place. We live upstairs with our dog.

Lovely property and views. We appreciated the quiet area to stay. For the most part, all we heard were the trees blowing and the wind chimes next door.

This was the perfect getaway for those who truly want to unplug. They have great wifi, but the cell service is spotty. The rooms were spotless, and the view was fantastic! We stayed three days and never saw our host. I will warn you that this location is very high up in the mountains, on well-packed dirt roads. I suggest making sure to get there before sundown. Their directions were perfect, but the roads are dark. Downtown Boulder is a quick drive into town. This is a very active community, perfect for people who enjoy walking. The Pearl Mall (all-outdoor shops) has plenty of shops and dining options. Definitely check out this lodging choice.-Lori from Fort Worth, TX

Absolutely stunning views and a very comfortable stay! We enjoyed every drive up and down the mountain, saw a ton of wild life along the drives and the place had everything we needed.
