The King Suite was terrific - roomy, spotless, comfortable bed & couches, private outdoor patio, well equipped. We enjoyed being able to cook several meals in the kitchen or out on the large gas grill in the pavillion. (We did need to ask for a few kitchen items from the lobby - cutting board, extra bowls, but the staff was quick to supply all we needed.) It was also awesome to be able to bring our sweet pup along with us. The location feels remote & is quite (other than occasional road noise). It's green, shady, with lots to do - pool, sauna, hot tub, slack line area, fire pit, open grass area, lodge with beer/wine, supplies, upstairs & outdoors sitting areas, lots of chairs near the creek bed (no water flowing this time of year after a VERY dry prolonged season.) There are hiking trails nearby, and Boulder & the Pearl Street Mall is a 10-15 min drive away. The staff was great!
There are a few plants on the property with large VERY sticky burrs that got into our dog's fur. Keep an eye out for these as there are a lot more along trails, roadsides in the area. There is also some poison ivy to watch out for in the area - especially along the river in the Boulder Canyon (didn't notice any on the property.

Very good studio room. Only improvement could be ventilation in the ensuite bathroom

The room stunk of vape, the skylight was dirty and directly above the bed, there was no A/C and no electrical cord for small fan, the screen door was really old, the grounds need some TLC and a coat of paint. The reception needs to be happier and smile and be helpful.
