Beautiful villa. Exceptionally clean and well appointed with a good kitchen.
When the surrounding area is finished it will be amazing but they are building the hotel part of the resort next door. When you arrive it is unwelcoming and the road is very bad up to the property. There is also construction noise and lack of privacy. The builders were up on the roof looking right into our pool area.
The info is misleading as it says there are restaurants 3 minutes walk away. You would have to walk on an unfinished road in the dark to even get to the main road and then the main restaurants are at least a 10 minutes walk away. You need a car or scooter to stay here. If you just get dropped off by a driver it would be difficult to get anywhere.
My suggestion would be to bring provisions to make your own breakfast. It is offered as an add on but the minimum spend makes it expensive for a couple.

O lugar é maravilhoso, tudo estava perfeito, desde a limpeza, espaço, comodidades
