Since my main goal was to shop and try food, the location was excellent. Within walking distance to multiple malls, not to mention, being inside the Pratunam market itself. I tried multiple restaurants along the same road as the hotel, and the food was delicious. The market also had a lot of street snack and clothes, that perfectly aligned with my goal.
The hotel staff were extremely polite and helpful. They helped carry our luggage to and from cabs. They helped provide directions to cab drivers.
The only con is that a lot of taxis refuse to come right to the doorstep of the hotel due to the amount of traffic in the market. However, if you could walk a small distance, there are pickup points they prefer.

The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, food ,spa,shopping.Although its hard to locate initially. The google map is not the exact location,i have to walk 5 min.
Not facial tissue and hand soap in the rooms. Just minor issues.. it does not stop me from re booking if ever i will go back.

Location and vehicle cannot reach the place, we had to walk with our luggage to the place.
