Easy to get to, quiet area. Clean house. We enjoyed our stay.
Just Needed extra blankets as it was cold at night when we were there.
Instructions on how to use the oven.
And we needed more kitchen supplies eg frypan scissors.
Maybe some basic kitchen supplies to use instead of going out to buy groceries especially if you come there from interstate.
More lounge chairs as it only sits 3 and more chairs for the dining room table as it’s only 4. The house sleeps 8, but there is limited seats, especially when you sit at either the table and lounge chairs.
Tv was difficult to watch as it didn’t connect to the internet, we had to get the little antenna out to get service for the tv.

Beds were comfortable.
All rooms were cleaned well.
Kitchen has all the appliances you need(apart from a coffee machine).
Communication was responsive and polite.
Wifi very handy.
Lounge furniture (seating)was inadequate and uncomfortable for the size of the house.
TV had no aerial 🚡 attached even though it was connected to the wall.
A little more outdoor furniture in the back se tion... Table, some pot plants would be better than the two chairs.
No pictures on the walls.. would be more homely with a few hung in the living area at least.

Location is very good. The house was reasonably clean (although items were left in washing machine, and not all floors were clean).
The key lock is down at ground level and hard to access for anyone with mobility issues. The linen does not fit the beds appropriately. The lounge can only be used by children - it is too small for adults, which leaves only the dining table for anyone to sit at comfortably; in a 4x bedroom home, that is woefully inadequate. There is no where to sit outside in terms of table and chairs. The garage is unusable for anyone with a medium to large vehicle. The power points in the main bedroom are located behind the bed-head and are again almost impossible to access for anyone with mobility issues. Both bathroom fans stay on for a ridiculous amount of time after being switched off. The cooktop is extremely temperamental, as is the dryer.
