Not fit for accommodation due to bed bugs, safety issues, and poor customer service.
Nothing like in this property. Awful.
The property was infested with bed bugs. Shortly after entering the room and lying on the bed, I felt bites and, upon inspection, discovered bugs throughout the bedding. My daughter was also bitten, and as a result, we decided not to stay at the property.
This was an extremely distressing experience, unlike anything I have encountered before. The accommodation was not fit for guests, and we were concerned that the bed bugs might have spread into our luggage and been brought back to our home.
The location also felt unsafe. There was no available parking, and local residents repeatedly asked us to move our car. We were unable to find a safe place to park, even within a considerable distance of the property.
As we did not stay at the property, I requested a refund, but this was declined by the owner. I am very disappointed with both the condition of the accommodation and the way this situation was handled.
In my opinion, properties in this condition should not be listed on Booking.com. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend this accommodation.
