A staircase leads you directly to the shore of the lake, so you can swim, bathe or simply stroll along the water at any time. Enjoy your breakfast or a barbecue on the terrace in a convivial atmosphere. It is particularly nice to enjoy the peaceful evening atmosphere outside while the sun slowly sets over the water.
Explore Lake Sommen with its bathing spots, quiet lakeside paths and opportunities for fishing or a boat trip. Experience the summer in a particularly atmospheric way on the historic steamboat S/S Boxholm II, which offers round trips on Lake Sommen during the season. Plan day trips to Eksjö with its excellently preserved timber town or to Vimmerby to Astrid Lindgren's Värld.
