The view was beautiful and being able to sit on the terrace for drinks watching the sunset and also having breakfast was lovely. Comfy bed and modern bathroom. The host was happy for us to use his kitchen, fridge etc. He is very welcoming and also gave us our own space so didn't feel awkward.
No towels. We did have our own so it wasn't an issue. We didn't have a key to the room although there was a key safe if we went out. There's no tea/ coffee facilities in the room but you could use the kitchen. We initially thought we had a separate room/ apartment, maybe our mistake when we read the description. Didn't spoil our stay but some people may be more uncomfortable.

Het is een prachtige plek en zeker de moeite waard om heen te gaan. De gastheer is heel aardig en gastvrij. We mochten gebruikmaken van zijn huis en terras. Het was ook gezellig en leuk om kennis met hem te maken. We hadden zelf avondeten meegebracht en mochten dit buiten opeten. Het uitzicht is werkelijk prachtig! De kamer en eigen badkamer zien er netjes uit.

Located in lovely country and reasonably accessible to points of interest like Bastogne.
Rooms had a musty smell that was irritating. It was the only place I’ve stayed in three and half months across Europe and North Africa that did not provide a towel, hand wash or soap.
