The air conditioning was perfect. having the washer in the room was very helpful and appreciative :).
Maybe we're not used to it but we could feel the wood beneath the mattress making a pressure point.

部屋とベッドは広くて清潔でした。
当方にチェックイン方法の連絡が来るはずが、連絡がなかった為、ブッキングドットコムのカスタマーズセンターに電話で問い合わせたり、宿泊先にメールで問い合わせたりして何とかチェックインできましたが、そのやりとりで1時間30分くらいかかった。事前にチェックイン方法の詳細を詳しく手順と写真を載せて欲しかった。問い合わせの返事も全て英文だったので理解出来なかった。カスタマーズセンターで翻訳してもらったので今回はなんとかチェックイン出来たがそのところを改善して欲しいです。
