The spacious bedroom is thoughtfully furnished with two comfortable queen beds, making it ideal for couples, friends, or small families. In the living room, a queen-size sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space without sacrificing comfort or style. The well-appointed bathroom features elegant granite countertops, a walk-in shower, and tile flooring, creating a clean, modern retreat after a day at the beach.
Additional amenities enhance your stay, including smart TVs in the living room and bedroom for easy streaming and entertainment, a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops—perfect for preparing anything from quick breakfasts to full meals. Important Details:
***Parking is limited to one vehicle***
Non-Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the building and on balconies; designated smoking areas are available.
Vehicle Restrictions: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or pets are allowed on the premises.
The housekeeping fee includes departure cleaning service and linens, including towels, washcloths, hand towels, and bath mats. Any stained, non-washable, ruined linen will be subject to additional charges. Our linen is NOT to be used to remove makeup or clean up messes. However, guests will need to bring additional supplies, such as toilet paper and paper towels, as only a starter roll is provided.
House parties and Groups: House parties and groups with members under the age of 25 are prohibited. We do not rent to non-family groups unless ALL members of the group are 25 years of age or older. Any misrepresentation by groups of their age will not qualify for refunds.

Accommodations were exceptional!! Beautiffuly decorated! The bed was perfect, not to hard and not too soft. Kitchen was well stocked with whatever was needed. Shower was very good after a long day on the beach. I would absolutely recomment this unit to those looking for a nice vacation. The only drawback was the unit is on the 2nd floor and the view to the beach was quite limited and it was right above the hot tub and pool and was somehwat noisy and invasive if you enjoy sitting on the balcony.
