location was awesome , clean & tidy , easy to get to
we were on the 9 th floor and it was a little noisy on the friday night

The location was perfect for us and the apartment was nice enough.
It wasn’t very clean however I think the guests before us left the place in a mess.

* Not enough pillows - needs 4 or at least 2 way bigger ones
* Bedroom mat a massive tripping hazard. Needs taping down
*No extra bedding for warmth
* No tea towel in kitchen
* Not even one dishwasher tablet left to use
* Need to leave a 2nd toilet roll at least
* Not enough kitchen utensils supplied
* Towels old & hard & not matching old & hard hand towel.
* Mould in shower needs addressing
*Windows need safety latch. Both of us got our fingers slammed very hard in the very heavy windows

The unit was clean, and tidy.
The instructions to gain entry to the property could’ve been clearer. Ie should have stated to “please enter via Brunswick street” as it was confusing the locked box was on alfred street but even though there is a particular entry to FV by peppers on alfred street, entry is not able to be gained on this side of the building. I feel the locked box could’ve been in a more convenient location to the building entrance. Additionally, there was no spare towels -ie for pool use or no spare blanket that I could source for the bed at night.
