Be aware....

Nothing I can point out that we liked.

It was terrible from the beginning. Address posted on Booking was pointing us directly in the middle of the campus. Spent 1h poling students asking for help to find this place. When we found the place, took the keys and all stuff we have had with us from the car. Brough that all on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Entered the place which was having terrible smell and strong nicotine odor. Temperature in the apartment was 31°C. AC was not on. Informed the host we are in and asked for AC remote controller. They have not replied. I had to call them. Then they said, AC remote is not working as AC is not working. OMG... REALY.... After driving whole day, wanted to get rest with my family and kid to continue our trip next day, we are in stinky place, some broken furniture, water on the floor, AC not working, 31°C in the room and host is saying this is not his fault. Oh YES it is, as YOU are hosting the place which doesn't comply with what you were listing. Asked the host to cancel the booking and do full refund. He refused that. Asked him if he can come to the apartment and judge on his own if he could spent more then 15 min in and to understand that we can't stay. He refused all, being kind of not polite host. Case is raised on Booking now. We did took the pictures of all and reported them to Booking. Day after host canceled the stay with statement that we didn't show up. Even he confirmed that in the morning when they were in the apartment there was no water on the floor, only AC was broken. Booking is now mitigating the case and they approved me to post this review for others who plan to come here to think twice, at least not to pay in advance before checking if all broken is fixed and AC is working. This is THE worst experience we have had in any accommodation and the host in the world. Be aware. Hope Booking will take right some measures protecting others who might be trapped in this unfair commercial practice.

Good location

The location was great. Just outside the city center but still close if you use car. The communication with host was easy.

Parking was not so easy to find. It is advertised as apartment with free city parking, which was true , however we almost didn’t find any parking available around the building. Kitchen was missing some basic amenities ( sugar, salt , kitchen towels..)

Comodo e in zona tranquilla

Appartamento accogliente, molto carino il terrazzino nelle sere calde, parcheggio comodissimo vicino. Il centro 3 comodo sia in auto (ci sono parecchi parcheggi) che in bus (fermata sottocasa)

Non ha ascensore, con un trolley nessun problema, evitate bagagli grandi e pesanti

Zentrale Lage, Kaffeemaschine und Küchenzeile mit Kochnische und schönem Essbereich. Zwei Schlafzimmer - super!

Kühlschrank war nicht sauber, Föhn war kaputt. Sofaüberzug nicht sauber.
