La cosa migliore dell'appartamento è certamente la posizione: assolutamente centrale, comoda per ogni spostamento.
La casa è spaziosa e con ogni tipo di comodità.
La cosa peggiore è la luminosità della casa. Tutte le finestre danno su una corte interna nella quale, nel nostro periodo di soggiorno, c'erano oltretutto dei lavori. Per cui la casa non ha luce naturale. Un aspetto che può essere positivo nei caldi mesi estivi (di fatto non entrando il sole non fa mai veramente caldo) ma che va preso in considerazione se si cerca una sistemazione luminosa.

Big and well appointed apartment. Good location.
Noise from 'Casa Rubino' apartment above kept me awake. Footfalls sound like thunder. All night.
If worried about noise, ask for upstairs apartment, called 'Casa Rubino'. Although my booking was for 'Casa Rubino', I was put in the downstairs apartment called '46 Incentro'.
No smart TV.
