Wonderful

Everything! The room was clean and well organised!

Never again

Only the great location

Very disappointing stay – the location is the only positive Unfortunately, the apartment was far below our expectations. The sofa bed is extremely old, uncomfortable, and squeaks so badly that it should not realistically be considered suitable for sleeping. The air conditioning is absolutely inadequate and barely cools the apartment at all. This was particularly unacceptable considering that we rented the apartment during extremely hot weather, with temperatures reaching 37°C. The overall level of cleanliness is minimal. There is accumulated dust in the corners, and the entire apartment has a stale, unpleasant smell. The kitchen and dishes were also poorly cleaned. Even the dishwashing sponge was so old and dirty-looking that I did not want to touch it. There is a gas stove, but no proper lighter or other convenient way provided to light it. The bathroom smells strongly of dampness, and even basic amenities are provided at the absolute minimum, including a very small amount of soap. Another disappointing aspect was the communication. The automated messages sent through Booking.com come across as cold and rather unpleasant, with no sense of hospitality, appreciation, or gratitude towards guests. Even though they are automated, a simple “thank you” or a more welcoming tone would make a significant difference and make guests feel valued rather than simply processed as another reservation. Overall, the location is the only real advantage of this apartment. If it were not for the good location, my rating would honestly be 0. The accommodation needs serious improvement in cleanliness, maintenance, comfort, basic guest amenities, and communication with guests.

Nice but, could be better.

I liked the apartment, and the comfort. Really nice location, easy to reach anything.

PLEASE PUT A MOSQUITO NET ON THE WINDOWS!!!!!! It was terrible, full of mosquitos inside, we couldnt rest... Also, there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, for 3 days. Used sponges for the kitchen, there was no trash bags , either dishwasher detergent.. There is no signal because is pretty hidden apartment in the building, but the WIFI was out of work many times.

Great apartment/location but noisy and privacy issues

The apartment is very big and well located in the city. Check in is overall very easy and staff respond quickly.

Not well insulated and lack of privacy: the apartment has access to an inside courtyard that other apartment also have access to (through windows). Another person was staying in the apartment next door and opened their courtyard window, which meant I could hear everything happening in their apartment, including an entire phone conversation at 10pm. This window also allowed them to see into my apartment (including the bedroom) as there are no curtains in most windows or very flimsy/see through ones (see photo attached). Did not feel very safe as a solo female traveler. The wifi also did not work in the bedroom and bathroom of the apartment as it did not reach these areas.

Super Lage!

6 / 10Average·Jun 2026
