Super Lage, hochwertige, komplette Ausstattung. Bequemes Bett. Sehr ruhig.

Die Lage zentral. Es gibt insgesamt drei Appartements, die im 3. Stock eines Wohnhauses liegen. Unsere Wohnung war Richtung Innenhof, hell und ruhig, obwohl an der lebhaften Via Roma gelegen. Die Ausstattung ganz neu und überkomplett.
Um an Information zum Eintritt in das Haus und an die Schlüsselübergabe zu kommen, muss man online sein. Es gibt niemanden vorort. Die Kommunikation erfolgte via whats app, damit bekam man (nach Vorlage ID) einen Code für die Schlüsselbox. Personen, die nicht so digital-affin sind, kann das Schwierigkeiten bereiten. Es war weder bei der Beschreibung auf booking.com ersichtlich, noch auf der e-mail-Bestätigung. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir wahrscheinlich etwas anderes gebucht und uns Stress erspart. Letztendlich war die Dame der Agentur sehr hilfsbereit, blieb freundlich und geduldig, bis wir alles gecheckt hatten. Deswegen gerade noch :-)

L’appartamento è molto elegante e pulito, le lenzuola e il profumo in casa erano fantastici. Il bagno in marmo ti fa sentire a casa. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la bottiglia di prosecco di benvenuto e il fatto che in 5 minuti si riesca ad arrivare in ogni punto del centro città.
L’host è stato impeccabile: nonostante siamo arrivati tardi ha comunque risposto alle nostre richieste in maniera molto cordiale e disponibile. Che dire super esperienza.

The location was perfect and the building as well.
We arrived at 3:30 p.m. in hot weather; we were able to park 200 meters from the aptm, so we first walked to the address without our luggage. There was no mention of the aptm's name on the intercom, so we were at a loss. Since we hadn’t received any information from the host regarding check-in beforehand, we stood there at the gate in the heat and sent them a message through Booking.com asking how we could get in. We received a quick reply asking us to first send copies of our IDs, after which they would let us know how to gain access. We went back to the car, took photos of the IDs, and sent them. After we received the information needed to gain entry. We went back to the entrance with our bags and took the stairs (not the elevator) up to the 3rd floor, since the token needed for the elevator was also stored in the key safe on the 3rd floor. Opening the key safe was, to put it mildly, not a simple process; it took us about 10 tries due to the touchscreen’s unpredictable behavior. There were no coffee capsules for the coffee maker in the room, and the prosecco shown in the Booking.com photos was nowhere either. We wrote to the host again, who responded quickly and very kindly, citing a misunderstanding, and brought us the coffee capsules and the prosecco soon. There was only a bedspread on the bed, no regular blanket; we were told that we could feel free to use it to cover ourselves because it had just been washed. The host offered to bring us a sheet to use as a blanket if we wanted one, but since it was already 10 p.m. and we were getting ready for bed, we didn’t take him up on his offer. So I covered myself with the bathrobe provided in the room, and my husband used one of the bath towels. If the key box were located on the ground floor, there would be no need for unnecessary back-and-forth trips. The host was very helpful, but you’re really satisfied when you don’t have to ask about any of these things and everything just goes smoothly right from the start.
