Convenient location near train station. Communication with the owner was good. The place looks recently refurnished and it was clean. There was no aircon but a fan instead; insulation was really good. Wifi worked perfectly and other guests were all respectul and followed the rules. There was a common microwave and kettle which I really appreciated. I would come back here no problem.

Room was new and very clean. There was a refrigerator and microwave in the common area. Staff was very helpful.
Location is not far from Principe station but the place is not great. The room was so new that still missed some basics like a table lamp and hangers. No water and glasses provided and they charge for storing luggage. The bed did not have a top sheet.
