It could have been better if I had proper contact information when it needed it

Everything was nice !

How they gave us the wrong code! Then they never answered nor returned our calls. We went to the office and they were closed ofcourse. So good thing I went to investigate at the Pizza Hut next door because at that point I thought I got scammed and I’m pissed because I’m had to take all my stuff back to the car with my three kids. But long story short the manger was familiar with the company next door so she went through her old orders to find one of the staff numbers and called them. The lady gave me the correct code and we went back to the room. Now what if I didn’t t think to use my brain! We would have really been locked out because the resort couldn’t help me because it was a privately owned. Overall the resort was nice but still no apologies not a message back from the owner of the condo.

Everything was nice !
