Good location, near kaminakazato station, it has everything I needed for my stay.
The futon in top of that wooden structure is quite uncomfortable to the point I got a contracture. Maybe a better futon or something in top of that wooden structure.

The entire hotel was just a great value package. Starting with the cleanlyness, not a single spec of dust could be found. The beds were much more comfortable than they look in the pictures. The AC was somewhat easy to use even though the remote was only japanese. The bathroom was a little small but again very clean and since its not exactly the place I spend a lot of time in, it was also good for me. The correspondence via the booking.com messaging functionality was eccelent.
I would have liked a little larger bathroom. But thats not easily changed and I believe its a standard, since the next hotel I stayed in had the same layout bathroom. I will not subtract any points for this.

Property was very clean and perfect for a two week stay in Tokyo. Staff were very helpful and messaged back very fast. In terms of location it is perfect! 5 minute walk from Kami-Nakazato station which has a direct line to Tokyo, also 5 minute walk from seven eleven.
There wasn’t anything bad about the property.
