We received a lovely message on WhatsApp with clear information on how to enter the building and Apartment.
The Host responded quickly to our messages and gave some information about Firenze. He helped us book a taxi upon leaving. The Free Breakfast supplies were perfect. Plenty of condiments, biscuits, sweets and Coffee pods. The room was very clean and organized. Lots of space to hang clothes, a comfortable bed and a good shower. The location is the best. Near Santo Spirito Piazza with lots of restaurants. He even delivered a missing bath towel within an hour. We will return.
Be careful of the Very Hot water temperature.. Hottest water you'll find in Italy. :-)

The host was receptive and helpful to us beyond what was required. They helpful us secure a taxi to the airport, and followed up with us to ensure ease of check in. The apartment itself is in a fantastic location with ease of walking. It is located in a quaint part of Florence with plenty of eateries around. It is well equipped with all necessities for a comfortable stay, and was clean and welcoming.
