Welcome to “Off the Hook” on Caddo Lake. This Charming Newly renovated home offers an escape from the hustle and bustle of the city situated on Caddo Lake.
This home comfortably sleeps 4, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. This excellent property offers a luxurious and cozy living room great for social gatherings along with endless outdoor fun. Whether you’re sipping coffee on the deck at sunrise or roasting marshmallows on the firepit under the stars, this home is designed for relaxation and connection.
The fully operational Kitchen has everything you need to cook and bake with family and friends with provided eating ware for guests. Additionally, there is a coffee bar where you can make a pot of coffee or enjoy a K cup. Also, there is a microwave available for whipping up a delicious cup of hot cocoa, tea or even a bag of popcorn.
Bedroom 1 & 2 are equipped with a Queen size bed, a full-length mirror, walk in closet with extra blankets/pillows, iron/ironing board, luggage rack, dresser and 43 inch Roku Smart TV.
The Living room is furnished with a sectional that can comfortably sit 4 people while watching the big game on the 50-inch LED television.
The bathroom has a shower/tub with access to a blow dryer.
There is a stackable washer/dryer in the house for use by guest with a laundry basket for convenience. Please use the provided laundry detergent that can be found under the coffee bar.
During your stay, guests can enjoy amenities like central AC and WiFi with speeds up to 300+ Mbps.

The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful being perfectly situated between two boat ramps nearby.
There is a local grocery store next door for all those last-minute items you need.
There are 2 assigned parking spots and limited guest parking.
Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property. Violating this rule may result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.
It is recommended to only use the water for showering or cooking; guests will need to provide their own bottled water for drinking.
Please respect the quiet hours of 10pm to 7am for neighbors.
Bring fishing gear so you can fully live life off the hook.
No cleaning fish and/or wild game inside the home. All remnants from cleaning shall be properly bagged and placed in trash.

Keyless entry with code sent out the day of the reservation.
It is not recommended to swim in the lake due to recent alligator sightings.
There are cameras surrounding the full exterior of the house only (no cameras are located in the interior of the home). Tampering with said cameras will result in immediate eviction with no refund.
Our prices include all fees with no hidden fees.

Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code;
A virtual front desk provides assistance to guests.
Pets and children are not permitted on property at any time during your stay. Non-adherence to this rule will incur up to a $500 fee and can result in an immediate eviction without a refund.
Also, Maximum occupancy is strictly limited to 4 guests. All guests staying at the property must be included on the reservation. Unauthorized additional guest or visitors exceeding the max occupancy will result in a fee up to $500 and possible immediate eviction with no refund.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
