This is a VERY small budget operation that deserves to do well. It offers incredible value for overnight travellers on a tight budget. The rooms are spotless and have very comfortable beds & pillows (2” memory foam toppers on new mattresses)The rooms are recently constructed and feature modern bathrooms with quiet and efficient air conditioning. Internet is fast at 100+ upload and download. Staff/owners were most helpful. 15 mins to BKK airport. Anyone who has ever stressed about missing their flight because of the infamous traffic will understand. I will stay here again on my next transit through BKK. Very happy to support enterprising locals.
Grounds could benefit from a tidy up.
