ロケーションは素晴らしいと思いました。ホテルには夜に着いたので気付かなかったですが、おそらく夕陽の景色は素晴らしいのでは❓️すぐ横にはサッカー場があり、芝生のキレイな公園が目の前にあり、管理事務所に確認したのですが数人で遊び程度でサッカーするのは無料で出来るとの事！？ただ駐車場が無く公共交通機関も貧弱のようで残念です。ホテルも料金も少し上げても良いのでもう少し設備をリニューアルしても良いのでは❓️も思いました。
あと、ホテルには直接関係無いかも知れませんが、周囲の道路に看板、SMSで公園がある事を周知するとよいのては？とも思いました。
あと、風呂に入る時カギはどうするの？と思いました。普通カギは手首にバンド等で持ち込めるのに・・
とにかく設備に劣化が目立ちました。あと余計なお世話かも知れませんが、隣のコンビニ、御老人で経営されてるようですが、店に入って微妙な汚れてた事と品揃えの貧弱さに、余り見たこと無いコンビニで少し驚きました

東尋坊、水族館、芝政ワールドが近くてよかった。レストランよかったです。フリードリンクもよかった。
部屋がめちゃくちゃ暑かった。ずっとエアコンガンガンにしてた
