Good but needs work

beautiful villa, aestheically pleasing, comfy outdoor couches and pool, comfy lounge and open living, towels lovely and soft. One of my friends is pregnant and they provided free of charge a mosquito net for the bed. Perfect location!

Quite a few functional problems with this villa from the moment we checked in. Firstly difficult to find villa as number 9 not on villa and appears not on map. Multiple drivers had trouble finding the villa. Key pad door not locking and could be opened by anyone with out a code so not secure. Keys for actual villa very difficult to lock/dodgy and stiff. Safes provided but not bolted down, could be easily removed from villa and key wouldnt unlock safe so no where secure to store valuables in villa. Kettle did not work. Went out for one full day and came back and the toilet in one of the bathrooms was leaking and had a puddle of water around it. On the last day we woke at 1245am and had no power and water. Most of these issues were rectified by palmera team but did take some time to respond and were 1+ hours to resolve with maintenance team. It was an inconvenience to sort these multiple problems during our short stay.

Quite a few functional problems with this villa from the moment we checked in. Firstly difficult to find villa as number 9 not on villa and appears not on map.
