Bellissima villetta ampia con un bel giardino in posizione tranquilla posizionata in una zona boschiva con vista montagne e mare in lontananza , la proprietaria Elisabetta persona cordiale e super disponibile
Il giardino e’ frequentato da troppi gatti sopratutto a cena nonostante amo gli animali erano troppi e non si poteva lasciare il cibo incustodito sul tavolo in giardino e nemmeno in cucina; consiglio di lasciare a disposizione degli ospiti qualche detersivo per pulire il fornello oltre ad una tovaglia ed asciuga piatti

Spacious and comfortable house set in a beautiful, peaceful, and rather rural area. The pictures truly reflect what you can expect: plenty of space, a lovely large terrace, a great grill area, and a charming garden with fruit trees. We especially enjoyed the privacy and tranquillity of the property, making it a great choice for couples and families looking to stay away from the tourist crowds and enjoy a more authentic, relaxing atmosphere.
The house was also an ideal base for our daily trips by car, allowing us to explore the surrounding area while returning to a მშვიდful and comfortable place at the end of the day. Communication with the owner was flawless, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay, although we communicated in Italian.
Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would especially recommend the property to anyone looking for space, privacy, peace and quiet, and a convenient base for exploring the area.
Just a few minor suggestions that could make an already enjoyable stay even better: an additional A/C unit or a more efficient one might help cool the house more quickly, although the thick brick walls do a good job of keeping the indoor temperature pleasant. A few extra rolls of toilet paper and a kettle in the kitchen would also be appreciated. The mattress in one of the bedrooms could perhaps be improved, as the plastic cover underneath the sheet and the slight dip towards the bed frame made it a little less comfortable. Finally, the electrical fuses and gas cooker could benefit from a check-up, which has already been communicated to the owner.
