Secluded location. In the heart of nature. Nice shared onsen. Very good food. Clean.
The facility could work better on training some of their staff. I waited over 2 weeks to get a response to message via booking. The thing was time sensitive as I had received several messages demanding prepayment, which turned out be a scam. If the staff would have responded within 24h to my message it would save my money. Second room for improvement is one of the mates working at the reception desk (not the tall big mate who wears the protective mask - this person is kind and professional). There is another one (not Japanese) who is rude to non-Japanese quests, who doesn’t know English or pretends not to know it when he chooses. He made a fuss about issuing an invoice and made goofy jokes about my personal data on the invoice. Highly unprofessional and extremely rude especially for a Japanese culture!!! I suggest a mistery shopping organised by the management and starting an improvement plan or him or career change.

山奥にあるので、静か
いつ行っても、フロントにスタッフがいない。
直通電話がなく、フロント前で自分の携帯電話から電話して呼ばないといけない。
スタッフ不足なんだと思う。
食事は朝も夕食もバイキング。出てきた瞬間に客がハイエナのように群がって一瞬で料理がなくなる。後から来た人は食べるものがなさそうでした。
