Easy self check in with door codes and key box. Spacious property, plenty of space for 4 people sharing. Large bathroom. The property felt secure and in a good quiet location. Convenient parking just a few minutes away. Smart TVs in all the rooms. Comfy beds. Helpful and friendly reception staff. Great value for money, perfect for family or group stay.
For some reason the payment did not go through on the day it was due to leave the account (even though the card detail was saved), which mean the original booking was cancelled, therefore I needed to re-book a day before arrival. The ID checking process was too excessive, as they needed photographic evidence of each person's ID prior to arrival. It was rather inconvenience for our group as we were already travelling prior to our stay at this property (which was only for 1 night), we had to find the time to sort this out at the last minute. Luckily all of us had appropriate ID on us while travelling.

The location was fantastic. Close to everything Central. The rooms were clean. Access was safe and secure.
TV wasn't working properly, but we didn't really need it. Beds weren't that comfortable. The two sofa beds in the lounge are very low, basically a mattress on the floor (folded in two to make the settee)

Good instructions about front door code entry and the lock box, easy to access.
The apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable, and the sofa bed in the lounge created a helpful additional option for separate sleeping space. It was in a great location central to the city centre and dock area, and it was a good base from which to pop in and out for events and to see the sites and to arrive back at different times. It was handy for parking across the road at the 24 hour access car park (separate cost - not linked to accommodation). It has basic kitchen amenities and a large fridge and freezer. Compared to other properties, it was a good price.
Because there was no person in the building to meet and greet and be present, and the apartment block is large, as a woman entering the apartment or travelling between floors in the lift alone, it could feel a little unsafe.
The apartment had a surface appearance cleanliness, but was not the cleanest. We found some large chunks of broken glass on the dining room floor and shards in the rug, and something sticky had been spilled on the floor that hadn't been cleared up. There wasn't an easy way to alert the accommodation providers to ensure they knew we weren't responsible. But there was nothing missing from the utensils - glasses etc - so it didn't impact our use too much. It was a surprise to us that there were only two small windows in the whole apartment, both of which faced walls of another building a couple of metres away, and so there was very little natural light or ventilation. I just think it would be helpful to indicate that in the accommodation info - again for us, as we weren't there too long and were out a lot, it didn't impact so much.
