The space. The master bath with that huge shower. The backyard was gorgeous and relaxing. The host was exceptionally nice and accommodating. I will definitely rent again if I’m in the area.
Unfortunately the flying cockroaches but that can’t be avoided.

Mi è piaciuto tutto! La casa è meravigliosa, spaziosa, molto ben arredata e curata nei minimi particolari. Veramente stupenda. Noi abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno in questa casa. Il quartiere è in una bella zona tranquilla servita da supermercati vicini. Se volete soggiornare a Memphis sicuramente è la scelta migliore

It was easy to check in and it’s a cute place. Great location.
It was pretty dirty. The pillows on the bed (non white ones) smelled like dirty hair and body like that have not been washed. There was trimmed body hair around the sink and floor in one of the bathrooms. Bathrooms in general were unclean and dirty. There was even the plastic from toilet paper just sitting on the floor by the toilet with no toilet paper in it.
One bathroom had the toilet rug soaked and water on the floor like it had leaked from the prior guests. Someone would have noticed if it was cleaned. The maintenance guy came by to check to make sure there wasn’t a leak and mopped up the water but cleaned the mop in the sink so when I went back in, there wasn’t water dripped all
Over the sink near my stuff. There were blankets in the dryer still.
Overall it was a good stop for one night and would love to stay again when we have more time and a larger group, just wish it was cleaner.
