top bunk too high and hard to reach, food and drinks are expensive, bathroom stayed stinky because you cant open the windows wide enough

Staff were very nice and the pool area is great
The rooms are unfortunately very impractical. Everything is really pretty and brand new, but the design of the rooms is quite poor, which makes things uncomfortable.
The top bunk bed is around 3 metres tall and you literally need to climb up, as there are no proper stairs. I generally don’t mind a top bed, but this was a bit ridiculous. Everyone I met who was assigned to the top bunk asked to move down and, although the staff is friendly and does their best to accommodate these requests, it won’t always be possible.
The bathrooms and lockers are also very impractical. There are no shelves, so everyone leaves their things on the floor and the space becomes messy very quickly. The lockers are placed between the top and bottom beds, and there is no easy way to store luggage, even though there seems to be enough space for a much better setup.
Apart from all this, I had safety issues and left earlier than expected. The hostel did reply to any of my messages and did not issue a refund.
I would unfortunately not recommend booking here.
