Good location, not too far from the station but also walkable to all main attractions. Suprisingly quiet during the night with windows and shutters closed.

Previous guests must have smoked inside..or smoked in the terrace with the terrace door open.
Was not too keen on having to walk through shared corridor for the private bathroom. Second room has en suite but it doesnt have terrace..
The sofa/ sleeping bed was not comfortable..it sank in the middle and made alot of npise every time one of us moved.
We didnt use it, but fridge could have done with more cleaning.

Recommend 👍🏼Location near train station. Nice size room with huge bathroom. Nice accommodations with great beds. Host was great about communication. Walkable, central location. Cafes nearby with good food and prices.
The AC feels more like a cool fan than an AC but we were there during a heatwave… so maybe it couldn’t handle the extreme temps.

Man met joint hielp de echte beheerder eerst omdat we eerder waren, zou ik nooit toelaten, slechte eerste indruk. Daarna bleek dat de airco geen koude lucht gaf, wel direct verholpen door beheerder (van goede wil) na melding, douche putje liep niet door dus zelf schoongemaakt, schoonmaakster had ook geen laken op 3e bed gelegd kwamen we te laat achter dus eerste nacht onder eigen badhanddoek geslapen.
Te weinig hangertjes (3) voor een kamer voor 3 personen, verder geen opberg mogelijkheden, kast oid.
Voor ons geen tweede keer maar misschien hielp de bizarre hitte in Bologna (41 graden) ook niet mee...
