立地は便利な場所で、目の前に薬局、また徒歩圏内にコンビニ、大型スーパーもあり立地は良い。またリビング側の窓をあけると富士山も見える。部屋もまだ新しく非常に綺麗な感じであったので、快適に過ごせた。
サランラップ、お風呂の座椅子が不足していたので、「あると良いですね」と管理の方に伝えたら、迅速に購入をして届けてくれ大変助かった。（アルミホイルもあったら良かったと後で気づいた）
日本人以外の宿泊者を想定しているのか、お皿等はあるものの、家の中で内食をする際、お味噌汁をいれる用のお椀やお茶碗が無かったりして不便に感じた。自分達で購入しに行く必要があった。また、洗濯用洗剤、バスタオルが宿泊者分最初準備がされておらず、2泊目に依頼をして準備してもらったが、宿泊する前の清掃時に物品の準備は確認しておいてもらえると助かる。
さらに、あると便利かなと思ったのが、玄関に靴ベラがあると助かるなと思った。他の宿泊施設などでは比較的おいてあることがおおいので、今後検討頂けると幸いです。

We really enjoyed the apartment. It was amazingly quiet, clean and comfortable. It is nice to have a washing machine and dryer system in the shower room. The kitchen and living room was spacious. Beds were comfortable, however if you are older or have mobility problems getting up of the floor, this could be a problem, as the mattress is on the floor. Location was perfect with a clear view of Mount Fuji from the living room, and within walking distance to mall, stores and restaurants. It also had a dedicated parking space right outside the door.
Only a small recommendation is to have some soup bowls and a mixing bowl in the kitchen as there were none.

とても綺麗で、静かで快適でした！
周辺にコンビニや飲食店も沢山あり、全く不便がなかったです。
洗面所にうがい歯磨き用のコップが欲しかったです。
寝室の隅にある小さなデスクは、鏡台にしてもらえると女性は助かると思います。
鏡が洗面台にしかないのがちょっと不便でした。
