Super gentili ed accoglienti villa bellissima e vicinissima a molti punti d interesse

La strada per arrivare alla villa e veramente disastrata purtroppo non centrano niente i propietari ma puo creare diversi disagi

Une grande maison idéalement située si l’on souhaite être au calme loin de l’agitation touristique. Parfait pour visiter Syracuse, Noto et Raguse ainsi que la réserve naturelle de Cavagrande et ses piscines naturelles. Le jardin et la piscine sont très agréables. La maison est faite pour vivre à l’extérieur avec sa grande terrasse, son terrain de foot. La maison est fonctionnelle avec une décoration certes marquée mais très conforme aux photos. Climatisation et deux salles de bains.

Il y a 4 chambres, 2 avec des lits plutôt fermes et 2 avec des lits très (trop) mous. Faites votre choix ! Travaux derrière la maison les derniers jours de notre séjour.

We were nervous about booking this place as it had 0 reviews yet at the time of booking, but we had absolutely no need to worry as it is a fantastic place! We thought it was brilliant from the start. Our flight was delayed so we didn't arrive until 11pm but still the fantastic host Davide came out and met us part way there to guide us in to the place (it is up a track so not 100% easy to find in the dark 1st time). The shops had shut due to our delayed flight, but there was wine and beers already in the fridge when we got there so we were able to still enjoy the first night in style. The facilities are brilliant. As the last reviewer said, some stuff in there is a bit older, but it just added to the charm of the place for us. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, and beds were comfy. The swimming pool is bigger than many we have seen at private villas so we were able to do proper "exercise" swimming each day. It is cleaned twice a week, which is great. The BBQ area is great. The soap dispenser on the sink next to the BBQ was a very small touch but we thought it was just one example of the thought they put into making it an easy/enjoyable stay (there were many others). The car port (with its own grape vine) stopped the car getting roasting hot before we got in it in the mornings. Yes, the downstairs might be a bit tight for 8 people, but it suited the 3 of us perfectly. Location-wise it is really handy for Syracuse and lovely beaches down the coast. You do really have to drive to get anywhere, like shops/bars etc. as it is quite far out of town but it is only 5 minutes drive and was fine for us. There are lovely views from the balconies. We could WhatsApp Davide with any questions at any time and he responded straight away.

Nothing really of note that we didn't like about the place apart from there are quite a few mosquitos about so if you like to sit outside in the evenings, and are prone to getting bitten, you'll need a lot of insect repellent.

Ruhige Lage außerhalb Floridia. Die letzten 300m zum Haus sind geschotterte Fahrwege! Großes Haus mit sehr großem Garten zum Fußball spielen. Sehr freundliche und zuverlässige Betreuung durch Davide.

Die Möbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Küche inkl. Kühlschrank und eines der Doppelbett-Schlafzimmer. Geschirr übersichtlich und ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen. Im Wohnzimmer keine Sitzmöbel für 8 Personen. Kein Garten- / Terrassentisch. Im Bad EG & OG keine Möglichkeit Handtücher aufzuhängen. 2 von 5 Liegen am Pool defekt.
