Location is convenient close to metro. The room size is good enough to fit in 3 single bed. Beds are comfortable. Equiped with most accessories you may need.
The building next door is under construction. A bit noisy from 8am. The induction cooker is a bit slow. It would be great if there can be a small knife or scissors. But not really impacted the overall stay

I enjoyed the hosts prompt reply and the proximity to the subway and food sources. Everything about the property exceeded expectations.
The property was down the street from a playground which I didn't even know. That was a plus so my child could play. Also, because of a holiday, there was a festival at the park. It was cool to watch and hear the instruments and see the dancing at night time.
The upstairs neighbor was very loud past 10pm and it was difficult to sleep. They also got locked out (I think) and was banging on their door for a while and yelling. However, that's not the owners fault. Just bad-mannered guests. So hopefully other guests will be better.
