דירה משופצת חדשה, שני מפלסים (קרקע וקומה ראשונה). היה חשוב לנו שני חדרי שינה נפרדים ושתי מקלחות. מדובר יחסית צר ומאורך. כמובן שאין עם זה בעי אבל המבנה הזכיר קצת את הבתים בלונדון (החזית לרחוב צרה, הבית ארוך פנימה ויש לו שתי קומות). השכונה לא משהו, אך לנו זה לא הפריע. המיקום טוב וקרוב מאוד למרכז העיר ולשאר המקומות שהיו חשובים לנו. החניה מול הבית מובילה לגראז' בו ניתן להחנות. הגראז' מעט צר מידי ולכן החלטנו לחנות בחוץ, מול דלת הגראז'. כל תהליך הכניסה עם הקוד והתקשורת עם הבעלים הייתה טובה מאוד, חלקה וללא בעיות כלל. הכניסה לבית מובילה למטבח ולאחריו פינת אוכל קטנה והסלון. לפני המבטח, במסגרון הכניסה, שירותי אורחים נחמדים. לפניהם המדרגות לעליה לקומה השניה. בבית שני מזגנים מיני מרכזיים. אחד לכל קומה. בכל חדר, מאורר תקרה. במטבח אי עם כיור וכסאות בר. במטבח יש מקרר גדול, מקרר יין קטן, כיריים גז עם קולט אדים, תנור, מדיח כלים ומספיק כלי בישול ואכילה למשפחה. סהכ המטבח די קטן אבל בגודל מספק בהחלט. בסלון אח וטלויזיה. מהסלון יש דלת יציאה לגינה קטנה ונחמדה. אידיאלי למי שמעשן. הדירה כולה והקומה התחתונה בפרט, מעוצבים בטוב טעם ובסגנון מודרני. חדר המדרגות שעולה לקומה השניה (שני גרמי מדרגות) מעוצב גם הוא בצורה יפה ומודרנית, עם גוף תאורה יפה המשתלש מהתקרה ומוסיף מאוד לעיצוב הכללי של הבית. בקומה העליונה שני חדרי שינה משני צידי הבית. שניהם גדולים ומרווחים וחדר ילדים עם מיטת קומותיים כשהתחתונה זוגית. חדר לא גדול אך מספיק מרווח לשני ילדים. צמוד בתוך החדר קיים חדר ארונות וחדר אמבטיה שירותים. מאוד נוח לילדים מתבגרים. שני החדרי שינה הגדולים, בעלי מיטה זוגית גדולה. בשניהם מאורר תקרה, שירותים ומקלחון. באחד המקלחון זוגי וגדול, מעוצב יפה מאוד וחדר ארונות גדול מאוד ובשני חדר הארונות קטן. במסדרון קיים גם חדרון שירות עם מכונת כביסה ומייבש. בחדר השינה הגדול יש גם קרש גיהוץ ומגהץ. כלל החדרים מעוצבים בצורה יפה מאוד, עם מגבות וסבונים. שלב העזיבה, גם הוא עבר ללא בעיות כלל. תקשורת טובה מאוד עם הבעלים והנחיות ברורות לאופן בו משאירים את הדירה נעולה. סהכ, דירה מצויינת. ממליץ בחום.
