Très agréable à vivre et décoration magnifique

La mezzanine et surtout le logement est entièrement équipé, un vrai confort pour un séjour.

Nous ne nous sentions pas réellement en sécurité à l’extérieur du logement mais en aucun cas cela impact la note du loft. Et le wifi ne marchait pas.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente da evitare.

L’appartamento in sé per sé sarebbe anche carino, ci sono delle problematiche da risolvere

Prima del nostro arrivo non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna comunicazione per il check-in. Arrivati davanti alla struttura abbiamo dovuto telefonare al numero indicato nella conferma della prenotazione, ma ci è stato risposto che avevamo contattato il numero sbagliato. Solo dopo un’ulteriore chiamata ci è stato inviato il modulo per il check-in, costringendoci a rimanere per circa 20 minuti in mezzo alla strada a caricare documenti e scattare selfie con il documento. Una volta entrati abbiamo trovato: la porta del bagno già danneggiata e priva della maniglia esterna, le tapparelle non possono essere abbassate rendendo impossibile oscurare la stanza durante la notte, e l’aria condizionata non funziona. Contattata l’assistenza, ci è stato risposto che il guasto era già noto perché segnalato dall’ospite precedente e che un tecnico sarebbe intervenuto nei giorni successivi. È inaccettabile mettere in affitto una struttura sapendo che un servizio essenziale è fuori uso. La situazione è poi peggiorata quando, dopo aver utilizzato il bagno, la porta si è bloccata e non abbiamo più potuto entrarvi proprio a causa della maniglia mancante. L’unica “assistenza” ricevuta è stata il suggerimento di infilare un dito nella serratura e provare a tirare. Non avendo risolto il problema abbiamo ricontattato la struttura, che da quel momento ha completamente smesso di rispondere fino al giorno dopo, lasciandoci senza alcuna soluzione e senza poter utilizzare il bagno. Solo Una volta contatto il servizio di Booking, il giorno dopo sono intervenuti. Anche la doccia è in pessime condizioni: la guida della porta scorrevole in vetro è staccata da un lato, rendendo ogni apertura e chiusura difficoltosa e dando la costante impressione che la porta possa staccarsi da un momento all’altro. Una gestione superficiale, assistenza inesistente, manutenzione completamente trascurata e problemi già conosciuti ma volutamente ignorati. Una struttura che viene affittata pur non essendo in condizioni adeguate

L’emplacement

La douche était cassée, pas de savon à la cuisine ni dans la douche, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Des personnes ont essayé de rentrer plusieurs fois dans le logement.
