I had a great experience staying at this apartment in Milan. The apartment was exactly the same as on the the photo. The kitchen was very well equipped and had almost everything you might need, except forks :) Since I didn’t use the kitchen much, it was not an issue for me.
The host was amazing: very responsive, helpful, and always available when needed. Accessing the apartment involved a few different steps and gates, but the host provided very detailed and clear instructions, which made the process easy to follow.
One small inconvenience was that I had to use the keys every time to open the gate from inside (near the elevator), as there was no keypad or easier access system, but honestly it was only a minor discomfort.
The location was excellent, very close to the metro station and several tram stops, in a calm and safe neighborhood. There was a café right around the corner that stayed open until very late, which was extremely convenient, and the café in the building itself was perfect for morning coffee.
Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this apartment to others staying in Milan

Convenient location for a night in Milan. Great communication and straightforward self check in.
Extremely comfortable bed. Bathroom has a handheld bidet! Lovely shower with hot water. Beautiful, clean apartment.
Kind enough to store luggage for a few hours after check out. Highly recommend!
