Amazing location just a walk away from the Duomo and Galleria Vittorio Emanuele. Close to public transport too! The apartment is very comfortable - A/C was needed for our stay. Host was quick & super helpful with any queries.
Would be great to have a bench to put down luggage case since there is only space for the bed in the mezzanine. Keyless entry was a bit of a challenge to understand to check in with luggage in the intense heat & when battery in our phones was dying. Having a set of keys in a lockbox would be much easier. Also would be nice to have a foot stool in front of the couch.

Nice and clean place, modern. Good location.
Very difficult electronic lock to use even with video instructions, After all day of travelling, hot and struggling to get into the apartment due to electronic lock. Even following alk instructions. We are in our 30s, and we're confused. I can not imagine my Mum to operate this lock.
Also rattling aircon, very noisy. Unable to use at night as was keeping me awake. Needs servicing hisling and rattling noises.
