Great for a longer stay and you can settle in for Tokyo living.

Great to have a studio apartment with a washer! It was very new when I stayed in Sept ‘26 and everything seemed very clean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Everything worked well. The nearby mega Donki seemed cheaper than once in central Tokyo. There are 2 large supermarkets within a 5 min walk, think 5 convenient stores the same distance with loads of restaurants. It’s only 2-3 blocks from the restaurants but was very residential and quiet.

The location is closest to the Umegima station which is about 25 min from Ueno and just over an hour to shinjuku. If time is an issue, likely not best for you.

Definitely good value

The hotel locates at a convenient location, just 3 mins walk from Tobu line station. The house is clean and tidy. All facilities are in good conditions. There are supermarkets and many restaurants within 100m. At night, it is quiet for good sleep.

A wonderful location, 5 minutes from the station, surrounded by numerous supermarkets and restaurants that stay open until midnight. The room is brand new, clean, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, refrigerator, vacuum cleaner, electric stove, kettle, dishes, pots and pans, table, chair, convenient shoe racks, a nightstand, plenty of outlets, a microwave, hangers, towel dryers, a hairdryer, a shower, and a bathtub. Price equals quality. It's the perfect place to stay if you don't care about being central. Communication with the host is very quick, and the area is quiet. Overall, we were very satisfied. I recommend it.

Great to have a studio apartment with a washer! It was very new when I stayed in Sept ‘26 and everything seemed very clean. The bed was comfortable with soft sheets. Everything worked well.
