Two adirondack rockers on the veranda are the spot to watch the horizon and listen to the waves. The kitchen features a large granite countertop, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig, plus a dining table that seats up to six. Free parking is available on the premises, and the building has an elevator, so there are no stairs between the parking lot and your door.

Multiple beach walkovers are a minute's walk from the building, leading to a secluded stretch of sand scattered with shells and coquina boulder formations, walkable for miles in either direction, all the way to Marineland.
