About this cottage rental
Enjoy the ocean air with a peaceful stay at our ground level 2-bedroom vacation home located in the award winning Ocean Lakes Family Campground community in Myrtle Beach.
This adorable retreat features a covered deck to enjoy morning coffee and relaxation, a spacious living area, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 King, & 1 Queen) and sleeps 4 comfortably or 5 using the sofa. Our cozy cottage is perfect for small families, small groups, singles and couples.
The full bathroom includes a refreshing shower to start your day right. There are multiple clean bath houses nearby throughout the park if more bathroom space is needed.
A cleaning service fee is required on every reservation. Linens are included with the cleaning service. The home is professionally cleaned prior to guest arrival.
A parking pass is required for all vehicles and must be purchased directly from Ocean Lakes. Passes are NOT included with the rental. The owner will submit guest authorization to Ocean Lakes. Ocean Lakes will then email guests with steps to obtain a parking pass. The owners of Turtle Proper-Tease, LLC will only authorize a pass for one vehicle on the property lot due to occupancy limits set.
An Express parking pass may be purchased in advance from Ocean Lakes at a reduced rate (currently $12 per vehicle, per day, if arranged at least 14 days prior to arrival). Any pass purchased upon arrival is charged at Ocean Lakes’ standard daily rate (currently $15 per vehicle, per day). Please note that Ocean Lakes sets and may change these rates at any time.
The unit does NOT come equipped with golf carts, however, Ocean Lakes does offer a golf car rental service which can be reached at 843-238-8841.
No Pets & No Smoking
Guest(s) are not permitted to bring pets of any kind into the rental unit.
Guest(s) are not permitted to smoke or vape in the rental unit.
- Must be 25 to rent; A copy of a government-issued photo ID (driver’s license or passport) is required as a verification step for the primary guest. The name and photo must match the reservation. All occupants must be listed on rental agreement. ID is required to be submitted at time of booking to turtlepropertease@gmail.com.
- 2-3 minute walk to Sandy’s Meet n Eat Snack Bar, Sandy's Camptown Store & Sandy's Soap & Suds Laundromat.
- 3-4 minute walk to Waterpark amenities that are included with your stay. Sandy's Waterpark has a splash zone, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, lazy river, and water slides.
- 4-5 minute walk to the beach, with 19 beach access points in the park.
- Main Gate open 24/7 with security patrol.
