The Space:

Just minutes from Broadway, The Lookout puts you close enough to catch the honky-tonk energy downtown while giving your group a rooftop of your own to come home to. With 4 bedrooms and 14 beds spread across the house, it gives multiple families or a big friend group the room to spread out without feeling like a typical rental.



Listed here on VRBO, it works well for longer trips too, with a full kitchen, laundry, and enough bathrooms that no one waits their turn. Downstairs, the open-concept living room and kitchen keep everyone together, with two sofas and armchairs facing the TV while the cook stays in on the conversation from the island, a neon sign glowing over the kitchen's tropical wallpaper wall.



The rooftop deck is the real draw, with skyline views over downtown Nashville, bar seating, artificial turf, and string lights under a "Music City" neon sign, all just a short rideshare from the Broadway honky-tonks.



A game room down the hall keeps things going with an air hockey table, guitars, and a disco light against a sequin backdrop, and one bedroom is set up as a bunk room for the kids or the last few in the group.
